1. Intended use

This app is a field tool for recording signalling test and maintenance work. It is provided to assist with documentation — it does not replace professional engineering judgement, approved procedures, or authorisation from a Responsible Engineer.

2. Your documents

You are responsible for any documents, PDFs, or files you add to the Standards library. Do not import documents you are not authorised to hold. The app stores files locally on this device and does not transmit them to any server.

3. Data processing

Logslips you create are stored locally on this device. When submitted, they are sent to the configured endpoint (typically an n8n workflow) for processing and archiving. No data is sent to Anthropic or any third party beyond that endpoint.

4. No engineering advice

Nothing in this app constitutes engineering advice, a formal safety assessment, or a substitute for Network Rail or SMTH-approved documentation. Always follow your company's Safe System of Work.

5. Intellectual property

This application and its source code are the intellectual property of NTS Services (NI) Ltd (trading as Northtech Support Services). Unauthorised copying, redistribution, or reverse-engineering is prohibited.
